Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the lifecycle of tenancies, from application to exit. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role managing a well-structured portfolio of 200 residential properties, fully supported by a collaborative and skilled team.

  • Manage the portfolio, ensuring all leases, bonds, notices, and safety compliance are up to date and legally compliant.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs in a cost-effective and practical manner.
  • Build trusted relationships and deliver a 5-star experience to both landlords and tenants.

A seasoned property professional with life experience and maturity is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have:
