Senior Property Portfolio Manager Position

  • Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage Rental Properties: Leverage your expertise to oversee a collection of rental properties, maintaining high standards of maintenance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with Landlords and Tenants: Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, fostering a positive community environment.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance: Arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure properties remain in good condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and Manage Rental Arrears: Track and manage outstanding rental payments, working closely with tenants to find solutions and prevent delinquencies.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring all properties meet required standards and minimizing liability risks.

About You:

  • You will need:
  • Proven Experience as a Property Manager: A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing your own portfolio, demonstrating a track record of success in property management.
  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a current Australian driver's license for easy travel between properties.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and colleagues, building trust and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  • Professional Presentation and Attention to Detail: Present yourself professionally and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless property operations.
