About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to join our team at Ogilvy. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and ensuring the smooth production of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the traffic of work in and out of the department, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with creatives and producers to allocate work and ensure a balanced workflow.
  • Support the creative process, including briefing, reviews, and approvals, to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve problems quickly to maintain workflow and avoid bottlenecks.
  • Build strong relationships with studio, production, and account service teams to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Manage creative booking and scheduling using agency tools.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, estimates, purchase orders, and schedules.
  • Participate in shoots and manage small production projects as required.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months' experience in a traffic/workflow or administration role in an agency or production house.
  • A genuine interest in creative and production processes.
  • Able to adapt to new challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Focused on delivering high-quality output and attention to detail.
  • A calm and composed individual who can work well under pressure.
  • A current Working with Children Check is required.
