About the RoleWe're seeking a Traffic Supervisor with experience in rail to join our project team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic management subcontractors, leading a positive HSE and risk management culture, and coordinating the implementation of traffic signs and devices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running pre-starts and managing traffic management subcontractors.
- Leading and driving a positive HSE and risk management culture throughout the project.
- Coordinating and managing the implementation of traffic signs and devices.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Completing progress reporting and activities reports.
- Maintaining effective consultation with various workers' representatives.
We're looking for an experienced Traffic Supervisor with a strong background in rail operations.
The ideal candidate will hold trade qualifications and a RIW card, and have experience working in a dynamic environment.
They will also have strong people skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
