About the Role
MACA Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Administrator to join our team based in the Bundoora and Watsonia area. This position will provide administrative and logistical support for the traffic team and the wider project construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and review traffic management bookings within the project's Traffic Management System (Toofa)
- Track and manage project Memorandum of Authorisation permits (MoA) within the Toofa system and ensure MoA renewals are requested in a timely manner
- Liaise with Traffic Team members to identify and manage traffic booking clashes
- Liaise with Traffic Supervisors to rationalize traffic management crews on bookings
- Attend meetings with Traffic Communications team to align traffic bookings, prepare meeting minutes and reports
- File post-implementation shift reports from traffic control suppliers
- Reconcile traffic management dockets
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative position
- Ability to cope with competing demands and a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and internal and external staff
- Experience in the construction industry highly regarded
