We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term, seven-month contract. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) for the Australian Open (AO).

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the MDS, coordinating traffic management personnel to ensure effective access to and from the site, assisting in the determination and implementation of site hours, and managing supplier contracts to deliver traffic management infrastructure on site.

You will also ensure that all health and safety and quality standards for the Australian Open are met.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience and a strong understanding of major event operations and logistics. You will have experience with traffic management suppliers and temporary infrastructure builds, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and event industry stakeholders.

You will also have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as a tertiary qualification in a related field.

Additionally, you must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current and valid Police Check and Working with Children Check.
