About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our client's lighting design and products division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy to create brand awareness and drive customer engagement through online and social media channels.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote our client's products and services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our client, including managing emails, preparing quotes, handling invoicing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Product Management: Manage products in our client's ecommerce store, including basic WordPress management.
  • Blogging: Create weekly blog posts to showcase our client's expertise and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Marketing Experience: At least three years of marketing experience, particularly in social media and email marketing.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content and captions.
  • Graphic Design: Experience in basic graphic design.
  • Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing tools such as AI, Canva, and other effective marketing platforms.
  • Customer Service: Preferably with customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions with ease and provide feedback if necessary.
