Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic and professional team based in the Sydney CBD. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry, including marketing and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate the collation of reports, submissions, and other documentation
  • Assist in the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Update the company database, including listing information, and upload to the website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate
  • Manage online listings on both Colliers' website and third-party websites
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this challenging role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Minimum intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with a preference for capable experience in In-Design, and previous experience using CRM systems
  • Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to implement improvements, and think outside the box
  • Previous administration and marketing experience within the property industry would be highly favorable
