Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

The role of a Technical Solutions Specialist is crucial in delivering presales support on technical software products and assisting in the sales process with consulting services. The individual will be responsible for analyzing a prospect's business and technical requirements and presenting solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales, marketing, and Channel Partner teams with demonstrations, workshops, and collateral that promote structural analysis and design solutions.
  • Assist in composing technical proposals and benchmarks.
  • Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits.
  • Work with product development groups to continually improve the quality of the product based on user feedback.
Requirements:
  • Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech), or Master of Science (MS) in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in structural-engineering consulting and design.
  • 3-5 years of software experience with STAAD.Pro in real-time projects. Candidates with additional experience on RAM Structural System, RAM Concept, or other structural engineering software will be given priority.
  • Detailed problem solver.
  • Willing to travel across the country and region up to 25% of the time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate structural engineering software products.
