Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions. You will troubleshoot complex issues, diagnose problems, and provide timely, professional assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support or a similar customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
  • Strong grasp of SDLC/application lifecycle management concepts
  • Working knowledge of HTTP/S, REST, SOAP, proxies, firewalls, load balancers, SSL/TLS, and security certificates
