Product Leadership Role

The goal of our product leadership team is to create centralized solutions for user management, enabling admins to effectively attend to their users' needs and set them up as Atlassian advocates within their organizations.

  • We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and manage a team by providing strategic insights, coaching, and growth support.
  • This role involves developing and executing a strategic roadmap for user management in the Admin app.
  • You will plan and execute features that balance customer requirements, market analysis, resource constraints, and a passion for creating awesome solutions.
  • You will manage the backlog and incoming feature requests, define key success metrics, and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • This role requires expertise in admin jobs to be done and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into compelling experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in product management at a SaaS company, ideally with a focus on administration or user management. You will also have a proven track record of building, leading, and growing a team of 3-5 product managers within a large organization.

Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a bias to action, sense of urgency, and commitment to clarity. Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of prior product management experience, built a business case to fund a new product initiative, fluency in systems thinking, and/or large system design experience.
