]As a hands-on leader, you will motivate and drive your team to provide exceptional guest experiences. You will create memorable spaces and support an energetic team of hospitality superstars.
]Your responsibilities include managing Front of House & Back of House operations, training, P&L management, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, labour, and building an inclusive culture.
]To succeed, you need:
]- Energy and enthusiasm
- Proven management experience (min 2-3 years) in hospitality/entertainment venues
- RSA and National Police Check qualifications
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- An obsession with providing excellent guest experiences
- Experience in all areas of a hospitality venue
- Strong time management skills and administrative experience
- A burning desire to show what you've got and reach new heights
