
Front Office Liaison

Job Description:
- We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our dental practice.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of receptionists and supporting the Practice Manager with the smooth running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
Requirements:
- Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
- Available to work part-time, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Suitable to a senior receptionist looking to take the next step in their career
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
