Our Resort is looking for a highly skilled Reservations Coordinator to manage bookings and provide exceptional customer service.Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Reservations team. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling room inquiries, reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.

You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate guest records and reservation details, as well as providing up-to-date information on hotel facilities, special offers, and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask while ensuring exceptional attention to detail
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
  • A passion for sales and promotion
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, mornings and evenings
