Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in the Transition to Mental Health Nursing Program. This program provides a unique opportunity for experienced nurses to gain valuable skills and knowledge in mental health care.

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for supporting consumers and their families during life crises and transition periods, providing information and education on mental health maintenance and restoration, and coordinating care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
