We are seeking an experienced CRM and Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a trade CRM strategy that achieves increased customer revenue, satisfaction, and retention.
Job DescriptionThis is an individual contributor role focused on delivering and executing the CRM trade strategy for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive online and in-store sales by identifying opportunities to drive traffic, increase acquisition, increase retention rates, and revenue. Additionally, you will assist in campaign execution for loyalty-related emails, SMS, and omni-channel platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a trade CRM strategy that achieves increased customer revenue, satisfaction, and retention.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive online and in-store sales by identifying opportunities to drive traffic, increase acquisition, increase retention rates, and revenue.
- Assist in campaign execution for loyalty-related emails, SMS, and omni-channel platforms.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer journey and timely delivery of joint strategies and projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in creating CRM strategies (audience build, channel strategy, messaging, campaign timing, offer strategy, test and learn design).
- Experience in CRM campaign management - communications and brief writing, creative and data agency briefing and management, internal stakeholder approval management - particularly for email marketing.
- Experience working with a marketing cloud platform preferably Dotdigital.
- Experience of owning projects and delivering to multiple deadlines with limited supervision.
- Demonstrable experience of being a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced matrix organization where changes to marketing plans at short notice are common. Experience of working for a Beauty brand or Retail organization is desirable.
- Used to reporting on campaign performance using Excel and direct experience with online analytics platforms such as GA (Google Analytics).
