Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new process resources to support business growth. This role involves consulting with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating business requirements into actionable process and resource plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver supporting resources for staff, including reference guides, process maps, and systems information.
  • Translate business requirements into process and resources that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify and develop new process resources that align with business goals.

Required Skills & Specialisms:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong technical process writing skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to understand contractual and compliance issues at an operational level and work effectively in a compliance-driven environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Word, Visio, Adobe, and use of One Drive and SharePoint.
  • Prioritizing activities to meet strict deadlines.
