Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Curriculum Developer and Leadership Coach to join our leadership team. This role will be responsible for driving the development of our curriculum-based initiatives and working closely with centre leaders and educators to implement best practices.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Educational Leader, with strong coaching and mentoring skills, and the ability to positively lead, engage, and inspire others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the implementation of Thrive's Curriculum and lead pedagogy and practice in centres.
  • Support and manage the performance of Educational Leaders and educators and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide induction support to new Teachers and Educational Leaders and ensure they feel valued within the organisation.
  • Monitor and support Teacher Accreditation and adherence to the 'Australian professional standards for teachers.'
  • Deliver training to those in leadership roles, teachers, and educators.

Essential Criteria:
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to positively lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Significant experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Educational Leader.
  • Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent.
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation (proficient level or higher).
  • Experience and knowledge of the NESA Accreditation process.
