Educational Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Educational Leader at our esteemed childcare centre. In this position, you will have the opportunity to embody the essence of mentorship, coaching, and leadership within a team of educators.

As a leader in curriculum development, you will be responsible for role modeling, engaging in critical reflection, and working collaboratively with your team to create enriching curriculums and environments that foster holistic child development.

You will be working across multiple rooms and outdoor play yards for children from 6 weeks to five years old, utilizing technology to enhance communication with families.

Our Executive Service Manager and Service Administrator will provide guidance and support throughout your career.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and Care and NESA Registration
  • Has experience in working in either a Lead Educator or educational leader role within childcare
  • Is willing to support and guide the team
  • Has a valid Working with Children Check
  • Has knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
