Curriculum Leadership Role

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated Curriculum Leader to join our team.

In this strategic role, you will collaborate with our Network team to drive the implementation of curriculum initiatives and support centre teams in achieving their goals. Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of Guardian's broader objectives and projects.

  • Drive the success and implementation of curriculum priorities through collaborative partnerships with Quality and Curriculum teams.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to centre teams through regular visits, mentoring, coaching, and empowering them to build their capacity.
  • Contribute to delivering strategic direction, tools, resources, professional learning, and support for centre teams to enhance pedagogical practice through centre ownership and autonomy.
  • Lead a network of Educational Professionals by meeting rhythms, providing in-centre support, and advocating for best practices to deliver professional learning and retention.
  • Build relationships, awareness, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes of Guardian initiatives.
  • Be a visible advocate for curriculum initiatives through respectful partnerships, meeting rhythms, and across relevant platforms.
