About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide exceptional spa experiences for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of treatments using high-quality products.

You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, offering a premium and uniquely meditative experience to our guests. Our goal is to provide a sense of bliss, relaxation, refreshment, and renewal to each and every client.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing massage and facial treatments using organic skin care products
  • Maintaining treatment rooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for clients
  • Building a loyal repeat clientele through regular re-bookings
  • Retailing our product range as part of our client offering
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A formal beauty qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science) and/or Holistic Facials qualification
  • Minimum one year of work experience, preferably in a spa setting
  • Ability to conduct both facials and massage, including pregnancy massage
  • Initiative and autonomy to work effectively
  • A gentle and friendly demeanour, with excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Punctuality, organisation, and impeccable presentation
  • Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation
