Senior Education Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill the role of Assistant Director at a leading educational institution.
This is a new position within our senior leadership team, working closely with the Director, Educational Leader, Administrator, and WH&S Officer.
The successful candidate will hold a recognized qualification and Montessori Diploma in either 0-3 or 3-6, with experience within the education sector and requirements for long day care.
Responsibilities include assuming responsibility for the services when the Director is away, supporting the day-to-day running of the service, and utilizing CCMS software or other relevant programs.
We are a strong community of experienced and passionate educators. This position will contribute to and build the capacity of the team to further align with the Montessori philosophy.
The ideal candidate will work effectively as a member of the team, model appropriate practices, and possess good communication and written skills.
Requirements include experience in supporting a large community of staff and families, as well as the ability to enrich members of the team by sharing knowledge and passion for the Montessori methodology.
A developed knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and a collaborative approach to management are also essential.
