
Bid Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill this Bid Administrator position.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a challenge, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
- Prepare, format, and proof bid and tender documents with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate information from internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
- Maintain and update bid templates, project profiles, and team CVs efficiently
- Track timelines, manage version control, and ensure deadlines are met consistently
- Support the team with bid administration, reporting, and compliance checks
- Help maintain the bid library for future submissions
About You
Previous administration experience and industry knowledge are beneficial, but not essential — full training will be provided.
Familiarity with Word and Canva is necessary for success in this role.
A strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively are required.
A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and systems is essential.
A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results under pressure.
