About the Role
  • Ensure customers understand program requirements and expectations.
  • Identify and coordinate assistance to improve employment prospects.
  • Deliver group-based sessions to support non-vocational skills and job search.

You will work within a contractual compliant environment, utilizing your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with community organisations. Your ability to tailor support to individual customer needs is crucial in this role.

About You
  • Results-driven, yet people-focused.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Windows and MS Office suite.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Employment Services or related fields.
  • Current drivers licence and willingness to undergo a satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Card.
