We are seeking a driven and solution-oriented individual to join our team as an Employment Opportunity Coordinator.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in increasing employment opportunities with employers across various industries. You will use your sales and networking skills to develop relationships within local labour markets, maximizing ongoing employment outcomes for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in sales and business development management within a service-based industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed planning and coordination skills
  • Negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
