Renewable Energy Transition Leader

We are seeking a strategic and engaging executive to lead the development and execution of our renewable energy portfolio, driving long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a robust pipeline of new renewable energy generation, storage, and firming projects.
  • Lead delivery of infrastructure and systems to support future energy projects.
  • Identify and commercialise new revenue streams and adjacent market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain investment partnerships with private sector entities and government agencies.
  • Oversee corporate strategy and sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction planning.
  • Develop investment-grade business cases for new projects for Board consideration.
  • Champion a high-performance, future-focused culture.
About You:

As a seasoned energy sector professional, you will have deep experience in leading complex commercial projects and infrastructure delivery.

You will bring insight into Australia's energy transition, regulatory frameworks, and investment environment, as well as the vision to drive innovation and growth.

Experience in major project development, commercial negotiations, deal origination and completion, and sustainability leadership is essential.

Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, law, or a related commercial discipline are also required.

A proven track record in the energy sector and large-scale infrastructure delivery is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the energy sector.
