We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our company's rapid growth and drive success in the energy transition. This newly-created position coincides with our expanding operations, overseeing over 500 years of combined technical experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technical and operational aspects of a business, making work fun for team members, and connecting them to the company's mission and values. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Operations Management: Oversee and manage all technical and operational aspects of the company.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
