The Position

We seek a proactive and highly organized individual to support our CEO in day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations. You'll also play a key role in company events and project support, with opportunities for growth within the business.

  • Project Involvement: Participate in energy-related projects, utilizing your knowledge and gaining hands-on experience in the sector.
  • Growth Opportunity: Gain exposure to C-suite level meetings and work closely with senior leadership to develop skills and insights that can shape your career in the energy sector.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, correspondence, and prepare documents as required. Organize and maintain records.
  • Event Management: Plan, organise, and execute company events, including internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences.

What We're Looking For

A new or recent graduate potentially with a degree in a related field (Energy, Sustainability, Environmental Science).
Interest in executive-level support, event management, or similar roles.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
A passion for the energy transition and sustainability.
