Role Purpose
At Vicinity Centres, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional service to our customers and contribute to creating a memorable experience at our shopping centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and farewell to customers, ensuring a positive first and last impression of our centre.
- Efficiently answer customer queries and provide information on centre services and facilities.
- Make recommendations and facilitate gift card sales, as well as provide general tourist information.
- Arrange shuttle bus bookings and provide guest-related assistance.
What We're Looking For
- A proactive team player with previous experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating valet and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritise activities using a professional and customer-centric approach.
- A genuine desire to bring to life the Vicinity culture and contribute to building a fun and enjoyable working environment.
