About the Role

As a Porter, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will be responsible for performing valet parking duties, transferring and storing luggage, and providing information and advice to guests with your extensive knowledge of Melbourne and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests to create lasting memories
  • Manage guest luggage
  • Valet park cars
  • Arrange taxis
  • Support other hotel departments when required

  • You will be outgoing, enthusiastic, and welcoming
  • Have excellent personal presentation
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Australian Driver's License (dual Manual & Automatic required)
