About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Porter/Valet to join our team at W Melbourne. As a Porter/Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Assist guests with valet service, including safe parking and retrieving vehicles.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, ensuring they are comfortable and familiar with their surroundings.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed.
