Job Description

Australian business owners need help legally securing and protecting their intellectual property. As a Trade Mark Attorney, you will provide expert advice to clients, helping them navigate the complex world of trade marks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years experience as a lawyer or attorney in IP / Trade Mark Law;
  • Ability to work as a team with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Drive, passion, and the will to succeed;
  • A self-starter mentality;
  • Personality - it's one of our big points of difference;
  • 2+ years experience working with SMEs;
  • Experience with high-level design/patent advice;
  • Exposure to Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments or any similar software;
  • Previous experience in team management;
