YOUR NEW ROLE As a key senior member of the national TM team (led and mentored by some of Australia's most accomplished TM specialists), reporting directly to the Head of TMs, you will enjoy: Having autonomy and taking full ownership of your own TM practice; Advising a diverse blue-chip client base on a full spectrum of TM issues, including searches, contracts, registration, prosecution, opposition, non-use and licensing, infringement actions, dispute resolution, and risk management/regulatory compliance; Participating in the firm's business development and marketing initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a registered Australian TM attorney and/or admitted TM lawyer; Have 4+ years (or more) post-qualification experience in TMs, or if less than 4 years, a minimum of 5-10+ years' experience as a TM paralegal or assistant; Have strong technical and practical knowledge of the prosecution process, opposition proceedings, and enforcement of trade mark rights; Can manage your own TM cases autonomously from start to finish; Are proactive, results- and deadline-focused, and excel in client service and management skills; Are ambitious and eager to accelerate your success with a first-class employer of choice.
