Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trade Mark Attorney to join our team.

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to manage a large portfolio of Australian and overseas Trade Marks, working closely with clients to provide expert advice and guidance.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile cases, developing your skills and expertise in the field of intellectual property law.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade mark law, with experience in managing trade mark portfolios and providing advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of Australian and overseas Trade Marks
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on trade mark law and practice
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for managing trade mark portfolios
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a lawyer or attorney in IP / Trade Mark Law
  • Ability to work as a team with strong interpersonal skills
  • Drive, passion, and the will to succeed
  • A self-starter mentality
  • Personality - it's one of our big points of difference
  • 2+ years experience working with SMEs
  • Experience with high-level design/patent advice
  • Exposure to Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments or any similar software
  • Previous experience in team management
