About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our team at Bega Cheese Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for creating and managing the production schedule to achieve customer service promises while minimizing costs.

You will partner with key stakeholders in operations and logistics to ensure efficiency in the overall production to delivery process. The role requires resilience and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile and release production plans and chair the supply review for the site
  • Work closely with manufacturing to manage the daily schedule
  • Daily reporting and root cause analysis of issues (DIF & Dated), escalation of relevant issues
  • Management of finished goods stock levels at production sites and regional DCs
  • Responsible for communicating to key stakeholders (demand, materials, operations, and logistics) any changes to plan
  • Maintenance of relevant master data to support the supply planning process
About You
  • Experience as a production planner within FMCG
  • Practical understanding of the demand, supply, and S&OE disciplines with a continuous improvement mindset
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a high level of resilience for a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong analytical skills, rational decision-making, negotiation skills
  • Very strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency using technology tools that enable planning and reporting – SAP, MS Excel, PowerBI
