Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will play a key part in assisting clients to make better business decisions through the effective use of data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and methodologies, including data profiling, quality, and integration.
  • Define and develop MDM data models using leading enterprise MDM tools, with configuration expertise in match/merge, trust, and validations.
  • Design and implement organisation-wide MDM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and orchestration.
  • Collaborate closely with Business SMEs and Product Owners to understand business requirements and develop implementation design, mastering rules, and quality controls.
  • Help drive the development of an end-to-end vision that translates into improved processes and data solutions through MDM architecture.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance data management processes and practices.
  • Support Data Governance to ensure optimal Data Quality is maintained through proactive analysis and corrective measures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7+ years' hands-on experience with Master Data Management and data quality tools.
  • 5+ years' experience in MDM development, administration, and integrations, preferably with Profisee.
  • Strong background in Master & Reference Data Management, with technical leadership experience of an MDM platform in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience delivering solutions in Cloud environments, preferably Azure.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Test Automation in Azure Data Services platforms.
  • Good understanding of data governance workflows and leading practices.
  • Assertive communication and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of data preparation procedures and requirements.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end data-centric projects.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in agile delivery of IT projects and software development.
  • Proficiency in implementing Profisee MDM solutions.
  • Profisee Master Data Architect & Profisee Master Data Systems Administrator Certification.
  • Working experience with distributed version control and source code management tools.
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-wide data strategies.
