Senior Cloud Architect: Data Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled senior cloud architect to collaborate with our customers and partners to derive business value from the latest data analytics services.

About the Role
  • This position involves working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to educate partners and customers on utilizing services such as AWS Glue, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, Amazon EMR, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Lake Formation, Amazon DataZone, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon QuickSight, and Amazon Bedrock.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in pre-sales visits, understanding customer requirements, developing consulting proposals, and creating packaged data analytics service offerings.
  • Engagements may include projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services. This may involve migrating and modernizing existing data applications and developing new data applications using AWS cloud services.
  • The selected individual will work closely with AWS engineering and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps. They will also share real-world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from the use of AWS cloud services.

Technical Requirements
  • Experience working with cloud-based data analytics platforms and tools.
