We are seeking a seasoned Data Strategist to Director to lead our ICT Commercial & Financial Analytics team in delivering data-driven insights and advanced statistical analysis to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute ICT benchmarking studies, collecting, validating, and interpreting large datasets to compare organisational performance against industry standards
  • Apply advanced statistical analysis techniques using tools such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS, and Minitab to ICT benchmarking and performance measurement projects
  • Translate complex statistical findings and benchmarking results into actionable insights and clear recommendations for technology investment, operational improvement, and strategic decision-making
  • Develop and utilise statistical data models, performing analysis and visualisation, and communicating insights to support ICT strategy and transformation
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience; Manager level requires at least 5 years'
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, ICT benchmarking, data modelling, and performance measurement
  • Proficiency in handling and analysing large datasets using tools such as Excel, Python, and Power BI
  • Advanced data visualisation skills using platforms such as Tableau
  • Experience applying statistical analysis methods to ICT performance and pricing data
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and metrics used in ICT benchmarking studies
  • Ability to translate analytical outputs into commercial insights that support strategic technology decisions
