
Manager of Client Engagement

As a Client Experience and Participation Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and embedding the Lived Experience and Participation Framework within our organization.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that our systems and processes are effective in listening to and responding to the voice of the client, understanding and reducing barriers to participation, and creating avenues for clients to engage and participate on their terms.
You will lead and support the implementation of models of good practice to client participation and engagement, working in partnership with our services and churches to embed client experience and participation across all types of participation.
Key responsibilities include leading territorial advisory groups, establishing and implementing processes, providing advice to leaders, and undertaking review and assurance activities to monitor performance against the Lived Experience and Participation Policy and Framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant human services qualification or demonstrated experience in a lived experience, practice, or quality role in a large, complex organization.
- Significant experience and understanding of client experience, participation, and hearing the voice of clients.
- Exceptional communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Robust report writing and presentation skills.
- Action-oriented, outcomes-focused, critical thinking.
- Ability to lead cultural change across organizations.
- Collaborative decision-making and problem-solving skills.
