About the Role

This position involves delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and compliance.

  • Supports the design, implementation, and management of learning and development initiatives.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to create engaging, high-quality content.
  • Coordinates training logistics, schedules, and communications.
  • Develops interactive resources, including e-learning modules and instructor-led materials.
  • Manages and optimises the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitates workshops and training sessions when required.
About You

We seek a driven professional with expertise in instructional design and adult learning theories. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in a training, instructional design, or development role.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
