Our ideal candidate possesses a strong technical operations background, preferably in the mining industry. They will design and implement comprehensive training strategies, developing scalable content for various formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Develop engaging technical documentation, training modules, installation manuals, simulations, and assessments that meet operational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Delivery and Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote safe practices and coordinate global training schedules, logistics, and resource allocation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong background in technical operations.
