The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Billing Consultant to join our team at Worldline. As a Billing Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our merchants, ensuring timely and accurate billing activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Action customer requests and enquiries received via various channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Perform outbound calls to customers to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify financial mismatches and discrepancies in the billing cycle.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Billing to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in the development of reporting requirements and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with procedure guides and work instructions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance the end-to-end process.
  • Support projects and stakeholder forums as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.
  • Experience with workflow management and phone-based systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data and identify trends.
