Your next opportunity:

We are currently offering an exceptional chance for an experienced Compliance Administrator to become part of our expanding Boral Asphalt team.

This role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for Asphalt National Logistics.

Your day will involve:

  • Supporting Logistics managers in retrieving and collating contractor audit information.
  • Actioning Mass/Maintenance/Fatigue accreditation to ensure all paperwork remains current throughout the reporting period.
  • Championing Rapid Global and being the administrator for the system to ensure all contractors and drivers have access to induction information.
  • Providing reports nationally on the list of inducted drivers to allow operations to act on induction gaps.
  • Championing the files nationally and reporting on gaps with respect to truck and driver minimum spec/standards.
  • Sourcing and uploading driver/truck information into 3rd party induction systems used for major projects.
  • Supporting any project-specific SWMS or transport safety requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
  • Experience in a similar Administration role ideally within the civil contracting/construction/project management industries.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and see tasks through to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and numerical accuracy.
