Job Title

We are looking for a talented Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role is key to sourcing and attracting the best technical talent to meet our business needs.

This position requires a proven track record as a technical recruiter within a technology consulting company, ideally with some experience within start-up and/or scaleup hiring consultant of software engineer, business analyst, SEDT, etc.

  • Sourcing

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage candidates and engage with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advertising job vacancies in multiple channels, including direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, job boards and networking to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Drafting and refining job descriptions based on requirements from project leads or management
  • Maintaining a talent pool and pipeline to meet the evolving hiring needs of the organisation

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and achieving efficient recruitment outcomes to fulfill business and project needs in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers/project leads, including reviewing CVs, recruiter screening, interview coordination, and frequent communication with candidates
  • Interview scheduling and diary management of all interviews taking place, including checking availability of both interviewers and candidates, booking interviews, feedback follow-up & sharing with candidates, and ATS real-time update
  • Fostering strong relationships with candidates and delivering an amazing candidate experience throughout the interview process
