Job Description
To source and attract the best talent in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter. This role is key to identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates who align with our company's innovative culture and values.

We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting, working closely with project leads and hiring managers to fill vacancies promptly and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for tech recruitment and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be able to draft and refine job descriptions, maintain a talent pool and pipeline, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. They will also be responsible for screening and presenting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
