Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with the organization's goals.
Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost interest from target candidates.
Review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates with the required skills and qualifications.
Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and other channels to establish rapport and interest in opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and counsel them on sourcing and hiring strategies.
Promote the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting strengths in the industry and career growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools; stay updated with industry best practices.
Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.
Identify areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
Experience:
3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry (or industries, markets) is required.
Exposure:
Proficiency in usingspecialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring teams.
Strongresearch and market analysis skills
Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines for niche recruitment.
Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively with innovative solutions.
Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
