
Child Wellbeing Specialist

The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with parents and caregivers, community groups, and local agencies to support children and families who may be at risk of experiencing vulnerability. Engagement workers will focus on building trust and connections with these individuals to help achieve improved outcomes in child wellbeing and education.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality support services to children and families who are at risk of experiencing vulnerability.
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including parents and caregivers, community groups, and local agencies.
This role requires the ability to work effectively in partnership with other professionals to deliver targeted support to children and families. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to working with vulnerable populations.
About the RoleThis role is part of a broader initiative to improve outcomes for children and families in the community. As an engagement worker, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of this initiative and making a positive impact on the lives of those you work with.
