Job Title: Engagement Worker

Are you passionate about working with children and young people to ensure they are known, safe, well, and learning? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Engagement Worker.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers, community groups, and local agencies to support early learning experiences.
  • Build trust and connections with children and families who may be at risk of experiencing vulnerability.
  • Focus on achieving improved outcomes in child wellbeing and education through effective family engagement and community connection.
Requirements:
  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
  • A current Driver's Licence
Desirable Qualifications:
  • An appropriate qualification in social work, community development or community services or a related discipline
