**Job Description**: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing digital strategies and driving conversion through various digital mediums.

  • Campaign Execution: You will build and manage eDM and SMS campaigns that support conversion objectives.
  • Website Optimization: Support website optimization projects, ensuring improvements align with conversion goals and best practices.
  • Web CMS Management: Manage web content and updates on CMS platforms to ensure seamless digital experiences.
  • SEO Management: Assist with SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to deliver projects in line with the overall conversion strategy.
  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Liaise with creative design teams to develop digital assets required for campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track the performance of digital campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improve results.
  • Strategy Execution: Support the Head of Conversion in executing digital programs and strategies to improve lead-to-sales conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in CRM campaign management (eDM and SMS).
  • Hands-on experience with web CMS management and website optimization.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tactics.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams and vendors.
