Senior Marketing Strategist

Digital Marketing Expertise:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. With a robust pipeline of work and a diverse client base, this role is ideal for an experienced professional who can develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive tangible results across various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and manage end-to-end Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking across platforms (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, GA4)
  • Develop and generate performance reports in Looker Studio with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics

Requirements:

  • A data-driven mindset with expertise in targeting and detail analysis
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in lead generation
  • Strong experience running Meta and LinkedIn campaigns (bonus points for experience with both paid lead gen and engagement)
  • Solid knowledge of setting up and managing conversions and custom events
  • Confidence in creating and interpreting campaign performance reports
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve campaign or reporting issues with a clear understanding of where to look and what to check
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to our Google Ads management, if not already experienced
